Credit Fund Systems and Operations Analyst

The Role

We are seeking a talented Systems and Operations Analyst to join our innovative team at a cutting-edge Bitcoin credit fund in collaboration with industry leaders like Willy Woo and CMCC Global.

This role combines systems expertise with operational responsibilities, making you pivotal in designing, building, and maintaining the backend systems and processes that power our institutional-grade lending operations—from loan origination and risk management to fund reporting and compliance.

You'll work at the intersection of traditional finance and Bitcoin, with a front-row seat to making BTC useful for holders in ways that strengthen the network through self-custody. If you have a strong analytical mindset, experience in fintech systems and operations (preferred but not required), and a passion for Bitcoin and building scalable solutions in a dynamic environment, this is your opportunity to shape the future of decentralized credit.

This is an onsite role based in CMCC Global's Hong Kong offices, which also house the teams from Titan Fund (equity VC) and Crest (institutional grade BTC and USD yield).

Your responsibilities

  • Systems Design and Implementation
    Under guidance from Willy Woo and in collaboration with engineering, you will help implement systems and internal processes key to an institutional grade credit fund.

Some Examples of these systems include:

  • Origination of loans and offer execution system (LOS)
  • The loan book database (PMS)
  • Risk monitoring (RMS), including the modeling of collateral liquidity under stress test situations
  • Loan servicing (LSS), including the payments systems to borrowers
  • Collateral Liquidation Engine, including the real time hedging of risk
  • Treasury management, including the balancing of liquidity between the loan book and investors
  • Compliance management, including KYC/AML processes
  • Reporting, both internal and to independent third parties such as the Fund Administrator and Auditors

Monthly Operations

  • Involvement in monthly IC meetings to portfolio allocations relative to changing market demand to provide optimal returns for investors
  • Ongoing system improvement reviews
  • Investor NAV reporting in collaboration with the Fund Administrator using our automated reporting systems
  • Distribute monthly investor communications, investor calls if necessary, monthly factsheets and regular investor email updates

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Ability in financial analysis, systems development, or operations within fintech, crypto, or lending industries
  • Prior experience in credit funds, traditional lending, or P2P lending platforms is highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of Bitcoin and blockchain technology including wallets, MPC, multi-sig, public/private keys, and stablecoins
  • Hand-on experience with crypto specific tools such as BTC multi-sig wallets, blockchain explorers, MPC wallets, and trading experience on crypto exchanges
  • Proficiency in data management, risk modeling, and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Python, or similar)
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance in finance, particularly KYC/AML and institutional lending standards
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate in a cross-functional environment
